* Are the Atlassian plugins compatible with my version of Jira or Confluence?
The plugin is designed to be compatible with a wide range of Jira and Confluence versions. However, it's always a good idea to check the compatibility matrix in the Atlassian Marketplace listing to ensure compatibility with your specific version.
* Are the Atlassian plugins also available for Jira / Confluence Server or Data Center?
February 15, 2024, Atlassian will end the sale, installation, and support for server apps. Server app sales ended on February 15, 2023. Therefore server apps will no longer be supported.
For Data Center apps, it is best to check the plugin page on the Atlassian marketplace to see if the plugin is also available for Jira / Confluence Data Center.
* How do I upgrade the Jira / Confluence plugin to the latest version?
Go to Jira Settings: Click on the gear icon located in the top-right corner of the screen to access the Jira settings.
To upgrade your plugin to the latest version, navigate to Manage apps: In the Jira settings, find and select “Apps” from the menu on the left-hand side. This will take you to the Manage apps page. Find the installed app you want to upgrade and Check for updates. If an update is available, you'll see an “Update” button next to the app listing.
